For this Labor Day campaign, I led and orchestrated the entire strategy—from concept development and creative briefing to cross-channel execution across email, paid media, social, and ambassador content. I oversaw messaging, design direction, and asset production to ensure every touchpoint delivered a cohesive and compelling story. By aligning teams, timelines, and deliverables, I streamlined execution and maximized campaign reach. As a direct result of this coordinated effort and the refreshed messaging and design, the Labor Day campaign drove over a 39% year-over-year increase in performance.
